ASSEMBLY OF THE FASTATA CONTROLLER
Note: Skip this item if you are do not have the FastATA 1200 controller




























If your HDD ribbons have holders, you have to remove them from both side. See how to do it:



















FIXING THE AMIGA 1200 BOARD ONTO THE SIDE WALL OF THE CASE
Fit Mediator pass-through to the A1200 CPU golden connector:



Fit Amiga turbo card to the Mediator pass-througt golden connector:



Fit PC KEY 1200 interface:



Put the Amiga matherboard on the side wall of the case so that Amiga's ports are placed in appropriate openings:



Slighty screw Mediator spacing sleeve into the proper openings near the A1200 CPU connector:



Slightly screw down the Amiga board to the stand off located on the BlackBOX side wall near PCMCIA connector using M3*5mm Big Bolt:



Slightly screw down the ports at the back of Amiga with the twelve screws unscrewed earlier:



Screw tight all screws.

Put the LED interface plug onto connector for LED diodes:



Connect RESET plug with GAYLE ADAPTER reset switch:



Connect POWER plug with Mediator PCI 1200 TX/SX power switch or with power switch of the ATX-to-AT power adapter (required if you use Mediator with 4 PCI slots):



ASSEMBLY OF CARDS FOR THE PCI BOARD
Remove one of closers and take it out:





Fit the PCI card tight into its PCI slot (the end of PCI card bracket must fit inside the bracket holder located near the Mediator busboard) and screw down the securing screw:



ASSEMBLY OF 3.5” HARD DRIVES



Insert 3.5” hard drive into the HDD Guide:



Fit HDD in the HDD guide, fit it upside down to its bay and connect HDD to the HDD ribbon:





ASSEMBLY OF FLOPPY DISC DRIVE



Put the floppy disc drive taken off from Amiga 1200 in the 3.5" to 2,5” adapter and screw it down with four Big Bolt M3*5mm.





Take out the front panel closer.
Install 3.5" to 2,5” adapter in one of the front BlackBOX bays:





Connect FDD with A1200 motherboard using FDD ribbon:



Screw FDD adapter using eight silver screws:
